Q. When is check-in?
A. Check-in is 2:00pm. Earlier if available.

Q. When is checkout?
A. Checkout is 10:00am. Later if available.

Q. How close is the home to the beach?
A. The beach is approximately 130 m away, which is a 5 minute walk.

Q. How close is the home to the Old Town?
A. The apartments are a ten minutes bus ride to Dubrovnik's old town and the bus stop is in front of the house.

Q. How will I get the keys?
A. The Owner lives in the same building and will pass the key to you.

Q. Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
A. No need to bring your linens and towels. Our housemaid will provide fresh linens and towels at the beginning of your stay.

Q. Is there a stocked kitchen?
A. Yes, the kitchen is fully stocked and we encourage you to cook your meals unless cooking isn’t your ideal vacation activity. Our town also has many great restaurants to choose from.

Q. Is breakfast served?
A. Breakfast is not served, but you have utensils to prepare it.

Q. Is there internet access?
A. Yes, we have high-speed wireless internet throughout our entire house.

Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Pets are not allowed but discuss with the owner to find a solution.

Q. Is there a daily housekeeping service?
A. There is not a daily housekeeping service. However, if you are interested, this can be provided at an additional fee.

Q. Is parking available?

Q. Are the apartments air-conditioned?
A. Yes, all our apartments are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, but you are welcome to smoke on the balconies.

Q. Are there supermarkets or grocery stores nearby?
A. Yes, there is a shopping center with a large supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.

Q. Can you recommend activities or excursions?
A. Of course! We can help arrange private daily excursions by car or boat, and we’re happy to suggest local activities and destinations.

Q. Are baby cribs or high chairs available?
A. Yes, we can provide baby cribs and high chairs upon request. Please let us know ahead of time.

Q. Is the area safe?
A. The Lapad area is very safe and family-friendly, making it ideal for relaxing walks and exploring.

Q. Are there laundry facilities available?
A. The apartment has a washing machine and an ironing board (except in apartment A4).

Q. How far is the nearest pharmacy or hospital?
A. Both a pharmacy and a hospital are within a 5 to 10-minute walk from the property.

Q. Do you offer discounts for long stays?
A. Yes, we are happy to provide discounts for extended stays. Contact us directly for details.

Q. Can we check in late at night?
A. Yes, late check-ins can be accommodated. Just let us know in advance if you’ll arrive after hours.
